• How do I submit a request for a free quote?

To submit a free quote go to the Free Quote option on the menu bar, select the quote of the service that you would like and fill out the information. You will receive an email confirming that your quote was submitted.

• What is the turnaround time I can expect an estimate by ?

Someone will be in contact with you by E-mail or phone within 24 hours.

• Why are there no prices for graphic design, custom applications, and audio/video editing?

These services are too customized to create a packaged price. However, if you are interested in a Web Design package those do include graphic design to an extent. Please contact us for further details.

• Can I get additional upgrades not listed?

Yes, please add whatever upgrades you would like in the description field in the free quote form.

• As a client, how can I see my account information?

To see your account information you must login to the site. To do this, simply click on the control panel at the top of the page which will pull down a login form. Once you are logged in click on the My Account link in the User Menu on the left hand side of the page.

• What if I already have a domain and hosting service?

We can use the current domain and hosting account you already have or transfer it to our third party vendor. As long as your current hosting supports the latest versions of PHP and MySQL.

• What is the difference between a domain and hosting service?

A domain is your URL address that is registered with a registrar. A hosting service allows individuals and organizations to provide their own website accessible via the World Wide Web.
